- Convert resume content into structured JSON data using third-party AI services
- Create professional portfolio websites using predefined templates
- Host portfolio websites on personalized subdomains (username.cvita.me)
- Access analytics and insights about portfolio views and engagement
- Customize and edit portfolio content
2.2 AI Processing
We use third-party Large Language Model (LLM) services to parse and convert your resume content into structured JSON format. This processing is essential for creating your portfolio website and may involve sharing your resume content with these AI service providers.
2.3 Privacy Protection

Your portfolio website will NOT display your phone number or email address unless you explicitly choose to add them. Our AI processing extracts professional information while excluding personal contact details by default.
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your chosen subdomain name complies with our guidelines

- Uninterrupted service availability

10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVita and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
10.3 AI Processing Disclaimer

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

- Binding arbitration under Indian arbitration laws
The courts of Hyderabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not resolved through arbitration.
